At IBC it is our vision to be “Sharing God’s Passion for People.” We
believe that God is passionate about people! God loves the world and sent His Son to die for our sins (John
3:16). Jesus came to seek and to save those who were lost (Luke 19:10). We want His
passion for people to become ours. Having passion for people means we have a desire to REACH everyone.
That doesn’t just mean gaining participation in programs. It means growing people through
a process. The acronym REACH helps define the process for the growth God wants to accomplish in every persons’
